When Arlene exits the CC Ghetto Penthouse for the last time she should hold her head up high and be proud of her long run on WHJJ. Unfortuniatly this is now the radio bussiness.

For the Na Sayers on this board about Arlene I think you should leave your comments to your self and make your insulting remarks after you have had a 16 year run on one station.

Arlene, You will be missed, take care and enjoy your retirement. God Bless and Merry Christmas...
 
I think even those who have never been behind a MIC have a right to their opinion. I respect her work ethic, But it pretty much stops there. I never saw the appeal in her. However I do wish her well in her Radio retirement. May she still have many "Gutter Helmet" days left in her future.
 
Just saw Arlene on the News. She was fired and her contract was bought out. WPRI reports that her last show will be friday. NBC 10 reports on their website that her last show will be Today.
 
depetro left, they brought in air america, and end of story. HJJ was great with Imus,depetro,arlene. Loved it during plunder dome.
HJJ was beating pro. Sad day indeed. I was a loyal HJJ listener.
