A Question about Mix 104-1

Maybe someone can explain this to me. Every now and then when listening to Mix at the end of a song I hear "let's play the short version!" It voices over very randomly, and I believe that it is Matthew Reid's making the announcement. My question is what is going on where this would be happening? Is there a bug in the software that WBMX uses? Your help is greatly appreciated. :)
