A Question About the Past

I'm doing a little story writing, and I've decided to set my work in Miami (where else but my hometown?). This particular story takes place in 1988, and I want to include at least a mention of Footy's Wing Ding. The only problem is that I can't find any information about that year's Wing Ding online anywhere. Does anyone remember what bands played that year and where it was held? I'm guessing the location was Young Circle, but I know it's been held at other venues over the years, too, so I just want to make sure. Thanks in advance for the help!
 
Josh, I believe that C.B. Smith Park was where the first Wing Ding was held. As for the groups that played, I still had not started work there, I came later in May of 1988. C.B. Smith Park lasted about 2 years, then moving to Hollywood's Young Circle. You may want to contact Julie Wilson who works at Clear Results (A Marketing Company within the CC Walls). She has been part of the main gang who set up the acts for Y-100 thru the Wing Ding years.
