Why does Arbitron have it that the book came out the 8th of this month but, R&R have yet to post the rattings like before i look in radio-online and no rattings anywhere from what i hear this book is a average of the last 2 books am i wrong? anyone know why? this is for market 188<P ID="edit"><FONT class="small">Edited by latindj on 02/12/06 04:34 AM.</FONT></P>

Your market is embargoed... the ratings will not be released to anyone but Arbitron subscribers. Same for Lubbock.

It happens when (in the particular market), a station, or group of stations, doesn't subscribe (which seems to be your station). They do it so that the station(s) that don't subscribe don't get access to the ratings. Seems to be working. They are embargoed indefinitely. Arbitron isn't free. If you want the ratings, you should convince your station/group owner to subscribe.
