A Question!

What station is the lowest billing station for Clear Channel??? My guess is KLOL am i wrong?

Lowest is KTBZ, followed by KKRW. KKMX and KLOL are a bit above, and pretty close to a tie; KODA leads significantly by almost the double.

Wow... for someone who claims to know so much, that is comically inaccurate.

Direct from Miller Kaplan via BIA.

I would guess KBME.

Knowing where Omega is, tediously, heading, I assumed he meant the FMs only.

Yes, KBME billes below any of the other 7.

David what do you mean where im heading?? please explain!

Every question about KLOL billings seems to head in the direction of a format change... the amazing thing is that KLOL is doing incredibly well in the PPM measurements.

bobbybooey....with the info Dave has and knowledge of power ratios he can pretty much be right on with which station is the lowest biller.....as far as KLOL if its doing well with ratings, the next question is can the sales team translate it to $....Especially now, that the company is going through changes.

David should be right. The PPM would show KLOL because their listener base listens to the FM dial. The ad revenue may well be per CCC's target.
I would expect 1.2M to 1.6M in promotional buys alone over twelve months ending July 2007.
Anyone care to correct that projection?

Speaking of PPM's and format changes, it will be interesting to see if the change in ratings methodology results in some significant shifts in the numbers for particular stations. While I don't think Mega is going anywhere soon, some other stations might be holding off on possible flips until they've had a change to digest the PPM info. I doubt they would want to make decisions based on the old Arbitron system, then find out things aren't what they seemed. Perhaps this is why Cox has yet to yank The Point?
