A really nice X-Band new log tonight. 11/28/13 Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving gave thanks on the AM dial as condx were really good. Here's another new X-Band log!

1660 - KQWB West Fargo, ND; weak TOH ID "KQWB" at 2100 PST 11/28 after "Fly Like an Eagle" by Steve Miller. North Dakota #2 (next to KVOX), NEW #508, 1kw, 1176 miles! Wanted station in the log now.

Also heard-
1660 UNID Sports station in and out with KXOL-UT, KTIQ-CA and others. Maybe WQLR in Kalamazoo MI, 1807 miles at 1KW?
1660 UNID NOAA weather TIS in and out with KXOL around 2030. Probably some Oregon DOT station (there is supposed to be a 1660 NOAA near Eugene).
1690 UNID EE talk under KFSG, and KDDZ in CO. Best around 75 degrees, so maybe WVON?
1570 XERF, KCVR and UNID religious station. Likely KBCV Hollister MO as it was best E-W, and it's 3kw. Compared to KPIO Loveland CO's flea power, 3KW is a lot.
1610 UNID WSDOT TIS, not WQBV569, same female robot as WQBV569 but IDed as "W???837". Can't find a thing in the FCC database. Also UNID with what sounded like Spanish (wanted CHHA!?)
1540 KXEL Waterloo IA good
1500 KSTP Minneapolis MN very good with sports
1630 KRND/XEUT mix, no sign of wanted Iowa City.

There is an EAS station in Salem on 1660. I don't know the call or the output power, but it does pretty well cover Salem and carries NOAA weather radio when not in use for emergencies.

This mentions some Eugene HARs on 1660 - operated by ODOT, and so, likely running NOAA WX as well.
