A Reporter Who Can Speak 8 Languages!

It's not uncommon for Europeans to speak several languages. Since Spain, France and Italy are so close together, for instance, many folks in that area speak a good amount of all 3 and many have English thrown in there as well, at least to some degree. Some also speak languages from adjacent or nearby countries as well, especially if they're working in ethnic shops or restaurants - Greek, Portuguese, German, etc.
