A Rhode Island shout out to Cool 102

I live in Rhode Island yet Cool 102 is my favorite radio station for music.
Nobody plays a better mix of quality classics like Cool 102.
A great radio station!!
 
I must admit that WCIB is one good sounding station these days. I was Chief Engineer there in 1978, when it was still doing a Beautiful Music/Soft AC hybrid. Presentation was essentially that of a Beautiful Music format, with rip and read news from AP. Station was on from 6 am to midnight, signing off with Patti Page's "Old Cape Cod". I put 2 of the first digital consoles from Ramko on the air there.

Same here. I've been listening to 101.9 "cool 102" for the last few years. I'm a big parrot head and they do play lots of Jimmy.
 
the towers are in Falmouth, the studios are in Hyannis......hence the Ids of101.9 WCIB, Falmouth, Hyannis, Nantucket Cool 1 0 2 !
