A solution for 1040's night problems?

Wonder if they've ever approached 1110 and asked them about borrowing their site at night. Yes, the frequencies are probably too close together to diplex, but since 1110's a daytimer that shouldn't be an issue. WTIS would have to give up whatever income it gets from selling time on a pre-sunrise authority, but that should be negotiable. With three towers, 1040 should be able to get at least two working together to get back a usable night pattern. It's close enough to Pinellas Park, plus the bayside location would help the Tampa coverage.
