Sometimes at night, I dream that my TV has additional channels-mostly Spanish or foreign language channels. I sometimes imagine myself watching strange TV channels from around the world. Well, here in Boston, when you combine the broadcast and cable channels, you have access to about 30 Spanish channels and, depending on your location, about a dozen or more foreign TV channels.
