Since San Diego is on the northern fringe of the Mexican border, I'm sure that thousands of people in Tijuana and Northern Mexico pick up San Diego radio stations as a chance to hear what's going on the USA, but also as an opportunity to hone their English skills. Therefore, I suggest that radio stations based in San Diego, as a gesture of respect to the Mexican government and people, should play the Mexican and American national anthems at 5 a.m. and 12 midnight, not to mention when they sign on and sign off their broadcasts at times when maintenance work must be performed on their respective transmitters. What do you think about that?
