A take on radio infomercials

(infomercials on radio-tv have replaced the old traveling "geritol" salesmen. does the FCC care about phony/useless/harmful infomercials? I heard they're investigating a few of these programs and hosts!)
 
Yes, well the FCC has only themselves to thank. If they wouldn't have approved so many CPs, markets wouldn't have run out of viable formats to run on new stations and those stations not scooped up by ClearchannelCBSCitadelCumulus wouldn't have to run brokered formats to survive.
