A though about the pending transmitter move for Planet

I was at Charlotte's Douglas airport the other night, waiting to pick up a friend. As I sat in the car, I hit the scan button, and Magic 98.9 came in like a local.

Now if that's the case, and since 93.3 will be relocating their transmitter next to 98.9's, then I'd have to think reception of 93.3 in Charlotte once the transmitter has been moved should be ok.

I was cobsidering making the same post. I scan onto 98.9 almost everytime in Southwest Charlotte where I live, even in uptown Charlotte.

Curious, does 98.9 have a higher transmitting facility than 93.3 at this time with a larger coverage area? Also, will the move hurt 93.3's signal in the Asheville market? I know 98.9 sounds strong going east but has to rely on a translator going north in the Ash area. Your thoughts?
