AA 1.5 Batch Processing

I'm trying to get the hang of Batch Processing in AA 1.5. I created a script & when run manually, it does what I want (except I can't get it to auto-save the finished product). In this case, it takes perhaps 20 seconds to run the script on a 3 minute long file. When I batch process using the same script, it instantly says the script was successfully completed, but no finished products are outputted. In the tutorial, it shows .cel files being used, but I'm using .mp3 files. Can anyone guide me through the batch processing process so I can take several .mp3 files & batch process to output them in the same format & same name as the original file?

Thanks for answering. I figured out the error of my ways. In experimenting, I had already generated file names of what I was trying to do and AA was not over-writing them. Once I cleaned out the "batched" folder, everything worked.
