I'm assuming that you mean "Aaliyah" and "Ciara," yes? :)

To answer your question... no. Aaliyah wasn't "thug," Ciara is (or at least has been, thus far).<P ID="signature">______________

ATyler's right. People like Ciara, Brooke Valentine, and such are considered "thug". Aaliyah was not a "thug", she was more like Mya and Monica.
