ABC 15 News at 3pm!

Apparently the Basha's location never reopened. The tribe itself opened the theaters again, but a number of anchor-size stores are still empty.

We liked the Basha's better than the Frys or the WalMart we had closer by. It had a great selection of Mexican brands, too!

You are referring to "Frontier Village." With the massive influx of people clamoring to move here, Frontier Village doesn't
have hardly any places to rent and those few that are available, are quite small. There haven't been any anchor-size
places to rent in quite some time.....

I believe Bashas owns Food City here in the Valley and FC carries tons of "from over the border" products plus they have a pretty good bakery featuring, naturally, Mexican style items and fresh tortillas, huge ones and big bags of fresh restaurant style chips).
 
Even Bashas' now has out of state owners...they are now owned by NorCal grocery chain Raley's. The only Arizona based chain left is Sprouts.
 
And, just like that, ABC 15 News at 3 has returned in a 30 minute format! I watching the midday news on CW61 and Megan said, "We will see you at 3". So, I looked in the tv listings and it is indeed back.

Faye Fredericks is the anchor (at least for today). Jorge Torres handled the weather.
