ABC 26 and WB38 both off air!

I know this is not a tv board but people have asked about staitons on or off air...

According to their websites:

http://abc26.trb.com/wgno-employee-message,0,4048062.htmlstory?coll=wgno-promo

"WNOL and WGNO are off the air. The full impact of the storm on our facilities is not yet known, pending a complete inspection. We think the damage is fairly limited based on reports from a few employees who have been on the scene. Again, there is no need for additional help at the stations at this time. Please stay where you are.

The condition of our tower and transmitter is still undetermined. We hope to check their status by doing an aerial survey by helicopter this afternoon. "

Some of the first video out of New Orleans, that they showed on WBRZ was actually from fly overs of the citry and flyovers of the station equipment ..at the time, the site had water around it but antennas seemed ok
