ABC 40

My mom has one HDTV that's hooked directly up to the cable without a box from COX. ABC 40 in Springfield is not part of the channel line-up for COX Meriden which is the cable company serving Southington, yet ABC 40 was coming in on Channel 40.1 with this particular TV. ABC 40 is however on COX Enfield. I think it's cool, however with 3 mins to go before "Steve & Chris" ended they switched ABC 40 over to WTNH. COX really needs to fix this problem.
 
Its been their awhile surprised to get 40.1. I think 22.1 also comes in which is Springfield, MA NBC. Not sure if 11.1 came in tho which would be WPIX NY.
