ABC/Disney Citadel Deal

Citadel is seeking to renegotiate some terms of the pending deal! Seems ABC/Disneys stations performance is not where it should be! Also a clause in the agreement that would increase Citadel's payout to Disney might be made to happen if Citadel's share price should continue to decline in value.

Is this deal about to come unglued???
 
Company insiders say, "No!" but stockholders say, "Yes!" This is interesting. The deal, I believe, is due to close by the end of November. It was originally slated for the close of Disney's fiscal operating calendar which is the end of September.
