He's already made a lot of money. I remember in the early 2000s when NBC 10 had the power weather team, and when Ch.10 news was a close #2 at times tying Ch.6, and NBC had a strong primetime lineup. Bolaris left 10 for more money.

Glenn Schwartz, while not having the looks, hair or height, waited it out, and is now the chief meteorologist while Bolaris is off the air.
