ABC Programming (Satellite Music Services)

For those of you that have an ABC programmed music station in your cluster. Have you noticed audio issues with the ABC feed? I've heard it cutting in and out at different times. The audio just drops out, have you noticed that. I've complained to ABC and they haven't noticed a problem. It comes and goes but normally its late at night, or early morning. Maybe its just my starguide but, it's a problem I can't track down and its driving me crazy.
 
Just like 1-3 seconds of dead air? Yeah, get those all the time, but mostly between 6p and 6a

HMMMMMMM if it happens at the same time every day it sounds like it may be a problem with the LNB on the dish... If the signal drops low enough it will cut out ie digital dropouts... Could also be a problem with StarGuide... Have you guys also had heavy winds that would bump or move your dish??? There may be an allignment problem also... Hope that helps... CC1
 
We'll find out when the dish gets replaced. Parts are in, just haven't had the weather to do it. :)
 
The problems have been corrected, or I just have noticed it for the last week or so, not sure....but, I think ABC was able to correct the problem.
 
Nope, we had big problems last night on the classic country feed, it had lots of static and drop out around 1:30-2:00 local time. Not sure of the cause, but I know it wasn't on our end. But, I know this has got to be the samething you are talking about. I've told our engineer to call ABC technical support but he said, it won't do any good because he's complained before...and nothing was resolved.
 
we had some issues on Thursday night, but they cleared up about 2:30AM. It was on their end but no one issued a statement or anything so no clue to the problem.
