ABC radio news

ABC News Radio is owned and operated by ABC/Disney. Cumulus Media distributes the newscasts. Employees work for ABC/Disney.

"distribution" is just satellite time. Almost every station has receivers from: Cumulus, Premiere, Dial Global (maybe two) and possibly ESPN, and Skyview ... changing to another receiver is a simple matter.

Not quite. Distribution is also sales and affiliate relations. ABC News provides content. Cumulus provides everything else. And Dial Global is now part of Cumulus. That means Cumulus now distributes AP, CBS, NBC and ABC. That leaves Premiere, which distributes Fox News.
