Now we know how there going to limit their tax implications. And they don't need tv stations in the transaction.

I went and looked at the ABC web site and looked under ABC owned stations. While they list KABC, KSPN, and KLOS there is no listing on the web site for KDIS (altought the FCC data base does show it as ABC owned).

Is there somethnig I am not aware of in ownership? Does ABC not want to admit Radio Disney? Or is the web site not up to date?

ABC doesn't list the Radio Disney stations on the ABC site as far as stations operated by ABC. You'd need to look under Radio Disney to get a list of the stations that are Radio Disney. Even out of the stations that run Radio Disney, I'm not sure how many of them are owned by ABC as some of them are affiliates. Also most of the Radio Disney radio stations are on the AM, in most cases on less than desired signals for some companies in major markets.

ABC recently sold WQUA 102.1 Citronelle, AL (a mono rimshotter into Mobile) to Jimmy Swaggart's religious radio group. It's carried Radio Disney since ABC purchased it a few years ago. <P ID="signature">______________
