ABC transponder power back up ?

Did ABC ramp the power back up on their transponder ?

My ABC StarGuide is back up to 14+ dB, the same as CBS and WW-1

ABC has announced that the power reductions will be periodic in nature until January 3, 2007, at which time reduced power operation will be made "permanent."
