About KPNX and KNAZ...

Looking at the TV listings in "TV Guide," I know that KPNX and KNAZ share the same schedule. However, when I first moved here, KPNX and KNAZ had their own news departments and separate newscasts. Is this still the case or does KNAZ now just simulcast KPNX's newscast?

Also, are all master control functions for both stations handled in Phoenix, or are their separate master control staffs at each station?

As a KNAZ viewer I can tell you that KNAZ continues to do a reduced local news schedule, and I even found job openings in KNAZ's news department for Flagstaff reporters on KPNX's web site Dunno about the present location of master control.
