About My Network TV....

I have some few questions about the all-new My Network TV to debut this fall:

1. I live in Iowa, where I can watch the new network on WBQD-LP (primary station) or KWKB (secondary--CW primary). Will MyNet be like UPN in the sense that the logo appears on the lower right hand corner of the screen on primary broadcasts, whereas secondary broadcasts would hafta display their own station logo in place? (KWKB also aired some UPN programming like Smackdown on the side--and without the UPN logo, unless it was live)

2. Will MyNet have a cable-only feed (similar to WB 100+ or CW Plus) on certain markets like Columbus, OH or Sioux City, IA where MyNet is supposed to broadcast on digital subchannels?

I'm not sure what difference it makes whether the station shows the network logo or it's local logo. ???? However, since Fox owns the network, I suspect you will see the little My Network logo in the corner of the screen at all times.

I would imagine that My Network will offer some kind of cable feed for markets where they don't have a broadcast affiliate - just like FoxNet.

in columbus, ohio, my network tv is on a digital sub-channel of abc-6 (wsyx) called wxyx-dt2 13.2. on cable, lorain-cleveland's mntw station is offered on time warner, insight, and wow systems (down side to that is most programming is blocked out due to fcc regulations).
mntv programming and action 19 news at 10 pm (ET) can be seen in columbus via my tv 43 out of lorain.

schedule for mytv columbus:

5:00, 5:30 pm - Married With Children

6:00, 6:30 pm - Cheers

7:00, 7.30 pm - M*A*S*H

8:00 pm - Desire (MNTV)

9:00 pm - Fashion House (MNTV)

10:00 pm - Rockford Files

11:00 pm - Simon & Simon

this schedule just might be for weekdays only. does anyone have more info about mytv columbus?

No. MyNet has no bug at all. Can't speak about any of the affiliates though (except KTVD 20 here in Denver, which does not add a bug of its own).

Hope this helps :D

Cheers :D
