About Radio Circulation 730

I have 10 questions to ask you about this radio station:
1. Who can tell me the overnight jingle (I mean, what did announcer say in French that you heard every 3-5 mins from 0:30 to 4:30 (weekdays) and 6:00 (weekends)) (Montreal's local time)?
2. Do you like a comprehensive traffic report every five minutes?
3. Do you like its slow-talking style?
4. If Traffic Radio 940 is launched (or never), will you go to it for immediate English-speaking information, rather than waiting 15 minutes on Newstalk 800?
5. Will you like it to add local news like AM730 in Vancouver?
6. If breaking traffic news happens, will you go to it for complete details?
7. Will an all traffic station be a bad idea?
8. Do you want live or recorded traffic information between 1:00 and 4:30 (weekdays)/6:00 (weekends/holidays) (currently, it is pre-recorded)?
9. Why is it Montreal's worst radio station based on weekly listeners?
10. Would you like to put Radio Circulation in 690AM (because it's an original idea about Montreal's first traffic station)?

About number 4, I don't know where you're getting the idea of a traffic station for 940. That idea was killed years ago, and a French language station now uses the frequency. As for number 10, that's impossible. The 2 stations are owned by different companies...and Bell is not keen to give up TSN 690. AM 730 in Vancouver does not have news broadcasts and hasn't for years.
The ratings are low because who would stay tuned in to such a format for a long period of time? And reports can be found on other stations. When the agreement for provincial government funding runs out, I don't expect this format to last.
