About the stations at 93.3 and 99.3

It seems unique here to have radio stations at these frequencies. If KOOL 99.3 were to change to Q99.3 with top 40 and go against Channel 933 it might cause confusion to Arbitron diary keepers. But would it be to Q99.3 advantage? I would like these stations to have a war in San Diego!!
 
Oh my dear friend, I am afraid that you have not been paying good attention. It has already been confirmed that 99.3 is going to the same mexican owners who are taking over XTRA, and that 99.3 will indeed be a spanish language station soon. So I am afraid that a discussion of anything else happening on 99.3 would be moot, and irrelevent.

Probably more likely to see Z90 take on 933.
