Access Hollywood Live

I have some questions about the upcoming Access Hollywood Live.

1. Will this new show replace the current weekend edition or run concurrently?

2. Keeping in mind that there'll be more stations airing AHL, an article in broadcastingcable.com stated that a station owned by Local TV would air the program, but never said which one....Does anyone out there know?
 
I was at NBC in Burbank last week as they were putting the set together for AHL and got a sneek peek... I recall one of the guys there saying it will run concurrently.
