Ach! Christmas in May?

Forget 93.3. Now 39.3 out of Chillicothe, formerly of the X Star Radio Network, is stunting with Christmas music. They're playing a promo that says something about knowing what it means to be first, and that they're building a new radio station. The station was off the air for the last couple weeks. Anyone know what's going on?

Hmmm. My FM radio only goes down to 88.1. Where did you get that 'special' radio? I want one ;)

89.3 was sold by Cinci Public Radio to CVCO. I would think a format simular to 104.9 the River would appear there soon.

This is interesting.. just checked the 3 stations that CVCO puchased from Xstar...

893theriver.com (WVXC Chillicothe & WVXR Richmond, IN)
895theriver.com (WVXW West Union, Oh)

all forward to riverradio.com... which is the Network site for "The River Radio Network"....

WHOIS.net says the sites were registered on February 6, 07 to CVCO, Inc.

Looks like they are just stunting for now.... I am guessing Memorial day weekend, possibly earlier.
