Acquisition Of Infinity Radio Stations To Entercom? Reason Behind This?

I read on Entercom's site: http://www.entercom.com/newsPage.php?id=161 that Entercom acquired 4 markets of radio stations from Infinity. What it doesn't give is the reason why. Or if it does, it's not that clear. Does anyone know why they did this? They did it here in Cincinnati too. Currently, none of them stream and KAMX in Austin, TX was displaying the CBS logo on their website until very recently. This wasn't instantaneous was it? Will these stations eventually stream online, hopefully? Anyone work at the new Entercom in Cincinnati who knows what's up?

94.9 has been streaming since day 1.

Because CBS decided to sell and Entercom wanted to buy them? Doesn't seem like much thought needs to be put into this one, ya know?

It was also a case of CBS wanting to dump stations in markets that they felt had no more room for growth in the future. I'm sure they were happy to sell the stations to Entercom.
