Activa 1240 & 105.1 FM

Just wondering how long the 1240 signal has been down:
I've been checking for about a month...no sign of it.
 
It's been a long while since I've heard it. It is suppose to be operating under a STA with a wire from the tower where the translator is located on Dickerson Road at 600 watts at least since the middle of last year.
