active rock for palm beach and treasure coast

When will an active rock or alt rock return to the palm beaches and treasure coast? Both are very different than the broward and dade market. I was sure this format hole would have been filled long since the buzz's demise in Dec 2011. Problem is there is a lack of an open frequency in the area.

No.

This question continues to pop up on this board. It is not a winning format, ratings or revenue wise in this market.

If you live far enough north, you might be able to pick up WJRR. That is a good Active Rock station. In Palm Beach County, I think your only hope is if CC ever gives up on the Real Radio format on 94.3.
