active rocker kbat back on air!!

thats right rising from the ashes, heritege rocker kbat is back on the air albeit a different freq. 99.9fm. from what i have heard so far it is way better than the cheap channel product 102.1 kfzx. cumulus is going to bring down kfzx's numbers down in a hurry. the new kbat playlists is a true active rock playlist and has been missing from the permian basin since fat leo killed the bat like 7 years ago. real rock has returned to the desert!!!!

Dude, I can completely understand your excitement in having a Rock station back on the air if that is your preference, but is the name calling really necessary? In addition, do you think that ONE person changes the entire direction of a station in this age of consolidation? WE were approached by THE COMPANY to make the change. The Bat was a great station in it's day, don't get me wrong, I remember spending hours listening to it. Corporate people weren't happy with the billing of the station, and they saw a chance to make a change. Name calling gets you nowhere fast in this industry bro. Besides, Leo is one of the most fun people you will ever work with, and is a great friend. Back to work.......
