Ricky Harris, an American actor and comedian has died at age 54 from an apparent heart attack, confirmed by friends and family on Monday.
Ricky Harris was most known for his contributions as a voice actor for skits on many West coast hip-hop albums in the 90s.
As a native of Long Beach, CA, he appeared on several Snoop Dogg and Tha Dogg Pound albums on skits as many different personalities.
He was popular for his wit and charismatic charm in his acting and comedy.
Harris has also had minor acting roles in many television shows and movies.
One of his earliest appearances was his role in the 1993 film Poetic Justice, where he brawled in a scene with the late Tupac Shakur.
He also appeared in television shows like Moesha, The Tracy Morgan Show, The District, The Game, Everybody Hates Chris and O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story.
