Actor Robert Duvall has passed away, age 95

Lonesome Dove: the greatest miniseries ever. To Kill a Mockingbird: a staple of classrooms throughout the US. M*A*S*H needs no explanation. Crazy Heart with Jeff Bridges...John Q...Thank You for Smoking...Bullitt with Steve McQueen (The GREATEST car chase ever filmed)... This man did EVERYTHING.
Thank you, Robert, for your decades of incredible work, and welcome to Heaven. RIP and condolences to his co-stars, family and friends.

Indeed a great actor. I think I will pull out my copies of "Network", "M*A*S*H" and "To Kill A Mockingbird" and rewatch them in his memory.

RIP.

Thinking the same for "Crazy Heart". And I'll rewatch as much as I can of Lonesome Dove. A miniseries so incredible, it was rerun twice by CBS, given two sequels, a TV series, and a prequel. It brought the Western genre to a new generation of Americans.
