Im thinking of getting an HD radio for my car im curious though as to what actual coverage of the HD signal is in my area; im 45 miles from the roxborough antenna farm (philadelphia) and 62 miles from the empire state building (nyc) i get analog signals from both cities well because im on top of high ridge also what happens with the overlap of HD channels like 100.3 from both cities as the analog overap is bad enough. will i be able to pick up good digital signal in my area from at least philly. Is the ditigal coverage contours the same as analog? thanks paul

No the digital coverage is not as good as analog at this time. I can get stations 60+ miles away if I am in a decent area. 90 miles is real tough. I would say you should be OK for Philly at least. In Chicago I am able to get the HD stations 50 miles away.
