As a premature prediction, before any of the shows have begun:
Considering how David Lee Roth has absolutely no experience, and that his show was put on in most of the larger markets (NYC, Philly, Dallas) where quality will be expected from day 1, I'd say that his show will plummet first. Of course, just a prediction. Perhaps his show will do fine.
Regardless of whether Carolla is funny or not, he's been on the air before and has some idea of what he's doing. Haven't heard much about Rover, though his show in the past had seemed more suited for 2-3 station distribution than the large show that he will be running. In my opinion, the Free FM morning show that is most opt tosee success is The Junkies, which is actually considered part of CBS' morning plan although they are only on two stations.
