he actually posted a looking-for-work classified on allaccess recently. right............
 
and what about the rights of his victims that he be prosecuted?
 
I never denied that his victims don't have rights.. but this man has every right to find gainful employment as well.
 
That decision will be made by whoever considers him as an employee, if anyone does.

I don't remember his case specifically, but I seem to recall it was pretty bad. It will probably get a lot of doors slammed in his face.

Then again, we had a local station recently hire someone who was all over his hometown TV news (and AllAccess) for a case of alleged charity fraud, so, who knows?

great. you can hire him to hang around more of our daughters. he got away with it **again**. no reason to believe his type won't try again and again

So, just because the man's done wrong.. he doesn't deserve to be able to make a living and support himself?

In no way and I denying what he did or said it's right... but he has the god given right to be able to work.
 
Yes, and he does have the right to look for work. But if most of the people knew what he was accused of (and was, so to speak, caught red handed in doing) few would even think of hiring the guy...even if he did sucessfully program in a large market.

He has the right to look for work, until convicted.

If convicted, he has the right to share a prison cell with a large horny pedofile lover!
