Adam Longo to join KPHO as weekend anchor

What is the general feeling about this guy? Honestly, he has had some rather clumsy dialog with the weather and sports anchors.
 
Any idea if they have found a replacement yet for Scott Smith in sports?
I was watching the other night and Bill Baer was filling in (Ted Simon not available?).
