Add another CBS o&o moving Guiding Light to 10 AM

I had a feeling this was coming: WJZ/13 Baltimore is
moving Guiding Light to 10 AM; I understand that the
changeover comes Sept. 11. Dr. Phil is moving from
WBAL/11 to WJZ; he'll still be on at 3.

The count of stations airing GL on same-day at 10
now stands at 11; day-behind at 9 AM, 3; not carrying
it at all, 2.
