Adding h-pol to a noncommercial station

Preparing to file to add h-pol to an existing v-pol only station. This is for a noncommercial station. I'm told all I need to do is file a full form 340? Would this be considered a minor or a major change?

Thanks in advance.

Are you talking about replacing an existing vertical with circularly polarized? Is the antenna brand/model type accepted?

Keep in mind that your antenna gain will change when you move to circular polarity, so you'll have to file for a minor CP to change the gain which, depending on the number of elements, will also change your Effective Radiated Power.
