Additions to The Loop and Q87.7 Lineups

Maxwell joins The Loop 97.9 for mornings - story here. He had previously been at Cleveland's WNCX and WMMS. Pete McMurray will continue with morning sports reports and will have a later air shift. Jane Monzures continues with news.

Shark joins WKQX-LP in an undetermined air shift - story here. He had previously been at Q101 and 94.7 The Zone and most recently at WJMK 104.3 K-Hits.

Maxwell has also been on Q87.7 as "Slater." He's going back to his music-oriented roots compared to his talk shows he became known for in Cleveland, though he did play music when he first started in Cleveland.

Ironically, he was replaced at 'MMS by Alan Cox, who was the morning guy on Q101 until the station went in a different direction. Cox became pretty successful in his current role, while Maxwell crashed-and-burned at 'NCX trying to compete against Rover.

The whole connection between the two gets weirder since Cox started as an intern and later producer for the morning show on The Loop back twenty years ago.
