Adobe Audition 1.5 and CD Burning problem

I’m having a problem with the CD burning feature in Adobe Audition 1.5. When I enter the CD Project View section and click on Options > CD Device Properties, it keeps giving me a “No Devices Found” error. I’ve googled this problem up and down, left and right and cannot seem to find a solution.

About my PC:

Dell Intel Pentium 4, 2660 MHz
1024MB RAM
Windows XP SP2
CD Drive: HL-DT-ST DVD+-RW GWA4164B DVD-RW 8468 KB/s (48X) 8468 KB/s (48X)
