Adobe Audition 3.0 Question

I hope someone here can help me out. It's probably an easy fix... But in Adobe Audition 3.0 I seem to have lost my controls on the bottom of the screen in multitrack view( someone was using my computer over the weekend). I need to regain my Transport, time, zoom, and stretch/view windows.

Click on 'Window' at the top. You can then click on what you need. You can also save your workspace so next time somebody messes with your stuff, it's easy to just click the pull down menu in the upper right and load your workspace.
