Okay, so you all are probably going to be like "What's the point of this thread?" (not being mean).

Now I do know that The Simpsons aired on KIMA since 1994.

Can anyone give me some examples? You can include live action comedies if you want.

Oh yeah, little reminder that 8 adult cartoons have aired on local stations as of now 3 of which are still airing to this day (The Simpsons, Family Guy and Bob's Burgers).

At one point, NBC affiliate WOWT-TV, Ch. 6 in Omaha, NE aired reruns of King of the Hill in the late night\early morning hours.

Also, NBC affiliate KOMU-TV, Ch. 8 in Columbia\Jefferson City, MO aired\still airs the Simpsons on Sunday nights at 11PM &, back in the 90's, they even aired it weekday afternoons at 5PM, before NBC Nightly News, in place of a newscast.

Before CW+ nabbed American Dad and Family Guy, CBS affiliate KVIQ in Eureka aired the shows from 6:30-8:00 PM, respectively. Although American Dad did air again at midnight on MyNetworkTV affiliate KEMY.

I wonder if there are any local stations left that still air King of the Hill?

those J students weren't cheap enough for 5PM newscast?

What are the chances that one day, Disney might just plain get fed up with Fox for [REDACTED] reasons and take the Simpsons-Family Guy-Bob's Burgers line-up to ABC instead?
True but its more likely those shows are going to be on Hulu and Disney+.

King of the Hill is back this time on Hulu and DIsney+.

The Simpsons aired on KDSM Fox 17 in reruns from 1994-2025. They also aired King of the Hill for several years. They also aired South Park for a couple years.

KCWI CW 23 has aired Family Guy, Bob's Burgers, The Cleavland Show and I think one more but can't remember.
