Oh, crap. "The Adventure Club" was one of the standouts. I'll miss it.

I, too, hope Josh finds another radio gig in this area.
 
I hope Josh gets a decent sat. show on either XM/Sirius. This market doesnt deserve talent such as his...

Hello All,
I think The EDGE 102.1 has SUCKED...since the take over of the OLD Q 102.1 freq. *I liked..I LOVED 94.5 THE EDGE in the 1980's and 1990's*...that was THE EDGE BIG TIME DAYS!!! One of the best programs was Adventure Club and EDGE CLUB 94.5. I smell a crazy CC F___ up again in this DFW Market. I hate DFW radio!!! because these dumb people in the front office f_______ing up formats and shows. People need to STOP buying ADS on ALL STATIONS IN DFW until front offices see we a want GREAT RADIO AGAIN in DFW!!! Good Formats and on air talent. STOP!!! PLAY AROUND WITH US IN NORTH TEXAS!!

Looks like the pre-Christmas budget cuts are coming early at Clear Channel this year! Don't they normally do this a few weeks before Christmas?

I totally believe it's "just business." I'm sure they were doing budgets and someone told the PD that $X had to go. Goodbye late night jock, hello automation!

It does absolutely blow though. Is radio the only industry where the creative minds that create the product make far less than the people selling the product and have far less job security? Sometimes I wonder where the next generation of air talent is going to come from. You would have to be completely insane to choose radio programming as a career these days. Even with awesome performance, this is how you're rewarded.

Pity about Josh. I couldn't agree more with everyone. That show epitomized the DFW underground and indie scene. But hey, at least CC brass will get their Christmas stock options.

Oh, was this opinion... or maybe the example of art imitating life. ;D

Fifteen years at KDGE at this is what Josh gets?
Dedication and hardwork is rewarded with a pink slip.
CC was lucky to have him.
They should be ashamed.

Publicly, you were robbed. Personally, I used to listen to your show even when I was DJ'ing at the old Lizard Lounge. You are the shizzle, brother.
