advertisement rates on a medium size radio stations?

i'm not in radio profession yet, maybe some year. a co-worker of mine asked me what are the commericials rates for a medium size town radio stations go for. austin ,tx (pop 750.000) from the highest rating, to the medium rated to the lowest rated radio stations. any thoughts? thanks.
