Wasn't that what IVY was saying also? Problem was IVY was retransmitting not only your city but
distant ones also.

Aereo seems to be saying, they can get these NY stations over the air anyway, we're just making
it a bit easier for them.......at a charge.

So if your radio could only get AM, and this attachment (Aereo) could also bring in FM (at a charge)
and you were willing to pay...........who owns the airwaves (Government, the stations or the public)?
