Hello all, hoping someone can help

We are currently using an AEV Exclusive FM audio processor as part of our radio station set up, in the last few months we have had to move to a new location due to power problems, since moving, the AEV processor program functions have become locked and we have no output for the MPX outputs. Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?

The problem is due to a lithium battery discharge. Just hoping it does not replace the acid has eroded some component. The real problem is to recalibrate the machine and I lost the manual !!
